Find the biggest swing
The evaluation graph shows who was better after every move. The steepest drop is where the game turned. Start there, not at move one.
Compare your move with the best one
Blunders and mistakes are graded on how much they changed your winning chances. Look at the engine's move and ask what yours allowed: a tactic, a loose piece, a weak king.
Look for the repeat
One mistake teaches you about one game. The same kind of mistake across several games tells you what to train, and that is the one that moves your rating.
